White Lodging seeks an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. You’ll craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale bar environment across premium hotels and rooftop venues.

Ideal candidates bring bartending experience in hotels or rooftop bars, a passion for hospitality, and a willingness to train further. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits starting day one and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, social personality with genuine hospitality focus.
• Sharp attention to detail from cocktail presentation to guest satisfaction.
• Positive, can-do attitude and team-player mindset.
• Previous bartending experience preferred—hotel/rooftop/bar background a plus; willing to train right candidate.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible service practices.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace; flexible for evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to guests and build connections through conversation and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health standards.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, ingredients, and garnishes; answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation to meet guest expectations.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment.
• Card guests and monitor responsible service to prevent overservice and comply with liquor laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
• Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
