Job description

The Signia by Hilton Atlanta (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/atlwcsa-signia-atlanta-georgia-world-congress-center/dining/) is seeking a Bartender to join their Lobby Bar team! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale restaurant setting. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. We are seeking someone who is reliable and adaptable.

Shift Pattern:

Variable shifts, typically from 10am-6pm, 3pm-11pm, or 4pm-12am. Weekend and holiday availability are required.

Pay Rate:

$13.00 per hour plus tips.

What will I be doing?

As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring outstanding guest service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and responding to inquiries promptly and courteously
• Mixing and garnishing beverages according to recipes and portion standards
• Serving beverages to guests
• Checking IDs and serving alcohol in compliance with laws and regulations
• Processing payments accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers
• Stocking and maintaining the bar supplies and perishables
• Responding professionally to inebriated guests as needed
