Job Description

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service from the moment guests sit down until they leave the establishment. Display hospitality, friendliness, and complete food and beverage knowledge. Responsible for money handling, beverage pouring, dispensing policies, and serving drinks at the service well.

Job Responsibilities

1. Check patrons' identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption and follow safe drinking guidelines.
2. Prepare the necessary setup for the bar.
3. Maintain an accurate inventory of the bar, including beer, bottled liquor, wine, cups, mixers, sodas, and general supplies.
4. Handle cash sales accurately and close out checks once paid.
5. Assist in setup and breakdown of bar equipment as needed.
6. Serve and sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
7. Maintain a cheerful demeanor while on duty.
8. Inventory all stand sheet items before and after each event and initial all bar paperwork.
9. Calculate cash at the end of each shift and return the bank to the cash room.
10. Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
11. Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This role may involve physical activities like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
