Job Description

The Concession Stand Lead is responsible for overseeing or delegating responsibilities within the food service operation, such as inventory management, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Schedule and assign daily work tasks to the food service team, supervising their completion
  • Train staff on job duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service
  • Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • Store food properly following safety policies
  • Set up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables
  • Clean and sanitize workstations after use
  • Serve food to customers, ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs
  • Replenish and stock food items appropriately
  • Follow alcohol service policies, including checking IDs
  • Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude
  • Adhere to safety policies and ensure security of assets
