Job summary

Greenleaf Hospitality Group is seeking motivated individuals to join Kalamazoo Country Club as they train to become bartenders, beginning from host and server roles and progressing to beverage service knowledge.

You will stock the bar, open/close procedures, prepare drinks according to recipes, and uphold safety standards while serving events. Requires standing long hours, lifting up to 40 pounds, and compliance with health codes. Growth within hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience preferred.
• Respect and support fellow team members.
• Passionate about the guest experience.
• TIPS certifiable.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Work in a hot, humid and noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks per standard recipes.
• Stock the bar and ensure supplies are available.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and follow club policies.
• Serve drinks to lounge guests when needed.
• Keep accurate records of liquor stock and waste.
