Join to apply for the Bartender: Hilton Garden Inn role at Fusion Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.

This position is for a new Hilton Garden Inn opening in 2019, seeking an experienced Bartender familiar with a wide variety of drink recipes and capable of delivering quality customer service. Responsibilities include serving patrons at the bar, fulfilling drink orders for the dining room, monitoring the cash drawer, and performing alcohol inventories at the end of each shift to maintain proper inventory levels. Experience with a restaurant POS system is a plus. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of bar/lounge service experience, possess a Mississippi Bartender License (Alcohol Server Certificate), and have a high school diploma or GED. Full availability for day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service and ensure a safe environment by managing problem clients appropriately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area according to company and health department standards.
  • Accurately manage the cash drawer and account for discrepancies.
  • Mix drinks according to serving sizes outlined in the company manual to control costs.
  • Develop an efficient work pace to ensure customer satisfaction at the bar and dining area.
