We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join us as full time Starbucks Baristas at our Hampton Inn Downtown Kansas City Crossroads hotel. As a Barista, you will play a key role in providing excellent service, crafting delicious beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages according to company recipes and standards.

· Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and creating a friendly, welcoming environment.

· Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other tools.

· Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the beverage preparation area, customer seating, and restroom facilities.
