Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. Join us as we remember the past, while looking forward to the future.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.* Completing opening/closing procedures.* Maintain buffet inventory and ensure it stays fully stocked and clean at all times.* Pass food from buffet throughout space to guests in the area.* Clear food and beverages with the ability to carry multiple plates at a time* Check on customer satisfaction and refer information to servers, hostess or manager.* Restock supplies, such as beverages, napkin containers, utensils, condiments, etc.* Cleaning and clearing of spills quickly to maintain a safe and clean environment* Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.* Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards guests, coworkers, and management.* Complete other duties as assigned by management.**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
