Job summary

DineAmic Hospitality in Chicago’s West Loop is seeking skilled bartenders to join multiple properties. You will craft beverages, engage guests, and maintain a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment with accuracy and hospitality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of bartending experience, knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Certification and physical stamina are required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal drinking age per state law.
• Valid alcohol service certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes with accuracy and consistency.
• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality to every guest at the bar and service well.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergens, cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
• Enter orders into the POS and process payments per procedures.
• Follow cash handling, drawer management, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
