Job summary

The Bandit at DineAmic Hospitality in Chicago's West Loop is seeking skilled bartenders to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, full-service setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of bartending experience, a valid alcohol-service certification, and strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. You will collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Valid alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer styles, wine varietals, and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to standardized recipes with accuracy and consistency.
• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality to every guest at the bar and in the service area.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergens, cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits to confidently guide guest selections.
