The position covers evenings and weekends with both full-time and part-time shifts. Must be at least 21 and able to obtain ABLE and Gaming licenses. Prior high-volume bar experience is preferred, with comprehensive product knowledge across cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed during shifts.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
