Job summary

Flight Club Addison seeks a Bartender for part-time or full-time roles to join an energetic, guest-focused team. You will deliver an exceptional, knowledge-driven experience, ring in items accurately, and uphold pre-batch processes to minimize waste while maximizing guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, building rapport, passing exams in food and beverage, and maintaining safety standards. Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips and eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment
• Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays
• Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time
• Authorized to legally work in the US

Responsibilities

• Listen to the Customer
• Deliver exceptional service by understanding guests' preferences and responding promptly to their needs, leveraging full knowledge of menus, packages, alcohol policies and pre-batch process
• Build rapport with guests through excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude
• Be Respectful of Company Resources
• Accurately ring in all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges into the POS
• Adhere to pre-order and pre-batch processes to reduce waste and streamline operations
• Show Urgency
• Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently, ensuring all sections are prepared for service and cleared at the end of the day
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and act quickly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience
• Create Positive Energy
• Foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and colleagues by maintaining a positive attitude during service
• Train new bartenders to uphold company standards and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team
• Must be able to pass exams with a 90% or better in each of the following categories: Food and Beverage
