Job Opportunity: Bartender at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport

Our restaurant portfolio within Dallas Fort Worth International Airport includes: Banh Shop, Flying Square, Flying Saucer, and IHOP.

Responsibilities:

1. Process orders and accurately enter them into the POS system.
2. Receive payments and provide change.
3. Serve a variety of cold, frozen, hot drinks, and food items to guests.
4. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
5. Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the day, including cleaning equipment, utensils, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least one year of bartending experience, with required certification by relevant authorities.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and alcohol service.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English for guest communication and order taking.
• Basic mathematical skills for operating the cash register, making change, and handling transactions.
• Brand certification as required.
• Ability to operate POS systems and perform check pre- and post-operations.
• Ability to work and stand in confined spaces for extended periods.
