Fogo de Che3o is hiring a bartender to welcome guests and tailor beverage offerings to preferences. You will craft drinks, inform guests about specials, and upsell where appropriate while ensuring legal age verification and compliant service.

Qualifications

• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking orders.
• Informing customers about new beverages and specials; upsell where appropriate.
• Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol; responsible service of alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and guidelines; garnishing glasses and presenting drinks.
• Handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently; balance cash and process payments accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer questions and upsell.
