Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and taking beverage orders to match preferences.
• Informing customers about beverages and specials.
• Knowledge of menu items, contents and preparation to answer questions.
• Mixing ingredients and serving beverages.
• Check IDs and ensure legal drinking age.
• Provide responsible service of alcohol in compliance with laws.
• Take inventory and order supplies for bar and tables.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to recipes.
• Handle multiple tables, clean and clear.
• Process cash, card payments and balance cash register.
• Educate self and coworkers on bar vocabulary.
• Perform all tasks assigned by management.
