Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is hiring a friendly Bartender for our Plano, TX location. You will manage the bar area, assist customers, operate the POS system, restock, and maintain a clean, welcoming café environment in a corporate dining setting.

We offer a generous benefits package, health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and career growth opportunities. This full-time role pays $17–$18 per hour with weekly direct deposit, and requires excellent customer service and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food/customer service experience preferably within a corporate dining setting.
• Must be dependable and have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to pull and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Running the point-of-sale system and assist customers as needed.
• Set up and restock product, displays, coolers and workstations as needed.
• Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks or carts.
• Ensure customers are well taken care of and the department looks clean and presentable at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting and thanking customers entering and exiting the café.
• May assist servers as needed; work with Chef Manager.
