Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide personal service.
• Take food and drink orders, explain menu items, and make recommendations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer, including specialty drinks.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Keep counters and tables clean and reset between guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and practice clean-as-you-go.
• Promote the restaurant’s philosophy and team goals.
• Communicate with floor managers.
• Monitor beverage service and restock as needed.
• Stay updated on menu and beverage changes.

We are looking for a customer-focused Bartender to join our team! You will be preparing drinks for customers while creating a friendly and hospitable atmosphere. You are passionate about hospitality and specialize in beverage service and solo dining. Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a friendly smile; provide friendly, efficient, and personal service to each customer.
• Take food and drink orders; understand the food and beverage menu to articulate the best possible description and make appropriate recommendations to your guests.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of liquor, wine and beer, including specialty drinks.
• Accurately and efficiently enter orders into POS system.
• Clear and reset counters and tables at the conclusion of each guest visit.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Promote and support the restaurant’s overall philosophy.
• Communicate with floor managers.
• Monitor food delivery and beverage service.
• Keep abreast of food menu and beverage changes during the service.
• Anticipate what the guests want and do not want.
