Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking part-time bartenders for the Warren Conference Center & Inn in Ashland, MA. You will prepare and serve beverages in a friendly, timely manner and support guests with courteous service.

Experience in bartending is required. Responsibilities include bar setup, stock management, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with liquor laws. Benefits include gratuities and meal provisions at select locations.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations for serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware and supplies.
• Maintains stock and prepares garnishes and perishables.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and processes drink orders; mixes and presents drinks using standard recipes.
• Checks guests at the bar for proper identification.
• Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained; demonstrates knowledge of liquor laws.
• Receives cash, makes change, verifies charges and records transactions.
