Job summary

Gilley is seeking a Bartender in Park City, KS to mix and serve cocktails with an upbeat attitude. You will manage bar operations, take and deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining accuracy in cash handling.

Applicants should have at least one year of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant, be 21 or older, and able to obtain a KRGC Gaming License. Knowledge of ABC laws and basic computer programs is preferred.

Job Summary: It is the primary responsibility of the Gilley’s Bartender to prepare and serve cocktails to servers and / or guests with an excellent & upbeat attitudeEssential Job Functions:Mix and serve beverages to all guests, Gilley Girls, and cocktail servers who have placed ordersEnsure the cleanliness and stock of the bar including clean glasses, plenty of garnishes, and proper utensilsGet proper identification for all patrons appearing less than 30 years oldMake traditional and creative cocktailsMust be able to deal with high volume customer interactions and be consistently outgoing, upbeat and cheerfulTake and deliver food orders to guests sitting at the barRecord and balance cash receipts and prepare cash transfers to the cageBuilds guest relations throughout every shift by talking with customers and making them feel welcome, comfortable, and inviting them backObserves all activity within assigned area offering assistance to all guestsObserves activity and reports anything that is out of the ordinaryCapable of handling routine customer complaints and incidents and exhibits the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of management personnel; effort is given to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationshipsEnsures all guests are kept in play by providing friendly and helpful service at all interactionsUtilizes open body language, politely speaks with and assists guests as neededAssists in maintaining a spotless facility by disposing of any cups, glasses or bottles left by guestsMaintains monetary and paperwork accuracy and efficiency within department/property standardsAdheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the sameEmpowered to resolve guest disputes quickly and efficiently up to a pre-determined amount.
