Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Inc. is hiring a Bartender to craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve guests with welcoming, high‑energy service. You’ll know the menu inside and out, suggest food and drinks, and help maintain a safe, clean bar.

This role requires at least 6 months of bartending experience, 21+ with Alcohol Certification, and availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Join a FUN, inclusive team and help guests create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of bartending experience.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required
• Comply with the company uniform standards
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience
• Teamwork is a must (Remember, teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Must act with a swift sense of urgency
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with all guests. Be our ambassador of FUN!
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy (Show your salesmanship!)
• Showcasing your extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
• Process payment transactions and invite our Guests back to the FUN!
• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe bar, while completing the necessary side work
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
