Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve food and drinks with a focus on guest experience in a fast-paced venue. You will know the menu inside and out and be ready to suggest items to Guests while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, providing attentive service, upselling menu items, and maintaining a clean, compliant bar. Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of bartending experience.
• 21+ years old; Alcohol Certification as required.
• Must comply with uniform standards.
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience.
• Teamwork is essential; collaborate with management and guests.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with all guests.
• Be our ambassador of FUN.
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy.
• Showcasing extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Delivering food and drinks promptly and anticipating guest needs.
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies.
• Process payment transactions and invite guests back to the FUN.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar, with side work as needed.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
