Oak View Group is a global leader in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services for the live event industry. Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bartender with expertise in Master Beverage service and a strong knowledge of the NYC food and drink scene.

This role offers an hourly wage of $13.85 plus tips.

About the Venue

Peak is a premium restaurant located on the 101st floor of 30 Hudson Yards, offering panoramic views and situated above Edge, the highest outdoor observation deck in the city. It is a luxurious destination with breathtaking views of lower New York City.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customer preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Assist in planning and presenting the bar menu
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Provide excellent guest service and ensure a memorable experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender
• Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Barsmarts certification preferred or to be completed
