Bartender | Full-Time | Peak Restaurant by Rhubarb LLC

Join us as a Bartender at Peak Restaurant by Rhubarb LLC, part of Oak View Group.

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks and snacks
• Assess customer needs and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients and prepare cocktails
• Assist in planning and presenting the bar menu
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar supplies
• Ensure an excellent guest experience
• Comply with food and beverage regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Barsmarts certification preferred or to be completed

Compensation & Benefits: Hourly wage of $13.85 plus tips, with full-time benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), matching, and paid time off.

Location: 101st floor of 30 Hudson Yards, offering panoramic views of NYC and a luxurious dining experience.
