Bartender (Full-Time), 33 North - Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort and Club

Join us as a Bartender (Full-Time) at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club, located in the scenic coastal town of Dana Point. Our AAA 5-Diamond award-winning resort is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Food & Beverage team at 33 North Lounge.

About the Resort

Perched atop a seaside bluff, the resort features over 400 rooms, extensive meeting spaces, and multiple dining outlets including restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and IRD.

Position Details

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: Various, including weekends, weekdays, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipes and standards
• Serve beverages and food to guests
• Verify guest IDs and serve alcohol in accordance with laws and regulations
• Handle payments accurately using POS systems
• Stock and maintain the bar supplies and perishables
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests as needed

Compensation
