Job Summary

Prepare and serve beverages in a friendly and timely manner, adhering to all liquor laws and safety standards.

Responsibilities

1. Follow liquor regulations concerning minors and intoxicated guests.
2. Set up and stock the bar with beverages, garnishes, and supplies.
3. Maintain fresh garnishes and perishables.
4. Greet guests courteously, take and prepare drink orders, and ensure proper identification.
5. Detect guest intoxication and act accordingly.
6. Handle cash, verify charges, and secure cash and inventory.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
8. Arrange bottles and glasses attractively, sterilize stemware.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
