Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Bartender to join Graduate by Hilton Minneapolis and its team of hospitality enthusiasts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the bar is set up with appropriate levels of liquor, juices, mixes, additives, soda, etc.
• Ensure that the bar, glasses, and cutlery are clean and sanitized
• Verify guests are of legal age to consume alcohol
• Prepare drink orders according to bar standards and guest preferences
• Present the bar bill and process payments
• Engage with guests and ensure their satisfaction
• Monitor guests for overconsumption of alcohol and take appropriate steps
• Lock up and store all beverages, food, and equipment; deposit cash drops and secure the bank
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Safe Serving certification required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of alcohol serving practices and standards
