Job summary

Montgomery Marriott Prattville Hotel and Conference Center is seeking an experienced Bartender to deliver polished beverage service within our hotel environment. You will welcome guests, craft cocktails, wines, and beers, and maintain safety and compliance while delivering thoughtful, friendly service.

The role emphasizes strong beverage knowledge, exceptional guest interaction, and the ability to recommend food and drink pairings in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in genuine, professional conversation while taking orders and providing prompt, attentive service.

The Bartender is responsible for providing polished, attentive, and efficient beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and responsible alcohol service.

You’ll create a welcoming first impression, anticipate guest needs, prepare and present a variety of beverages, and contribute to an atmosphere that reflects the quality and character of our hotel.
