Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Experience using POS and handling cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests and making recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage menus.
• Operate during high-volume restaurant, lounge and event service periods.
• Process orders and payments via POS systems.
• Assist with bar setup, inventory, and opening/closing duties.
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with servers and culinary teams to support guest satisfaction.
• Support upselling initiatives and beverage programs.
