What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service at the bar.
• Prepare cocktails and other beverages consistently using house recipes.
• Guide guests through the drink and food menus with thoughtful recommendations.
• Prepare drink orders for servers while staying attentive to bar guests.
• Check identification and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
• Process orders and payments accurately.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work closely with barbacks, servers, and the kitchen to keep service running smoothly.
• Complete opening, closing, and preparation duties.

What we're looking for

Someone dependable, organized, and confident behind the bar, with a solid understanding of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. You should communicate clearly, stay composed during busy service, and anticipate what guests and teammates need.
