Job Details

• Guest Engagement: Welcome guests, offer menus, guide pairing decisions, and anticipate patron needs to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Order & POS Management: Accurately ring up food and drink orders using the restaurant's point‑of‑sale system, handling cash and card transactions efficiently.
• Bar Cleanliness: Keep the bar top, sinks, and back bar organized and sanitized throughout the shift. Restock glassware, ice, and garnishes.
• Inventory & Ordering: Track liquor, beer, and wine stock. Assist management with rotating inventory and placing orders.
• Compliance: Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and monitor guest consumption to prevent over‑intoxication.
