Job Title: Bartender, Food & Beverage at BlueStar Resort & Golf

Employment Status: Part Time

Pay Range: $11.75 + Tips

Position Overview

The Bartender prepares and serves beverages and food to guests, ensuring excellent hospitality and adherence to company standards. Reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent hospitality.
• Respond to guest questions enthusiastically and make drink recommendations.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
• Oversee and assist in Food & Beverage functions, including banquets and events.
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities and services to enhance guest experience.

Minimum Requirements

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Primarily indoor restaurant setting, with outdoor work possible. Requires active standing, walking, and occasional outdoor exposure.
