Position Summary:

Bartenders are responsible for guest satisfaction and executing OTG's service standards to ensure a memorable experience for travelers.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures.
2. Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu and ordering process.
3. Recommend menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
4. Prepare and serve drinks following recipes, ensuring timely delivery.
5. Handle cash and operate registers per policies.
6. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation within the dining and service areas.
7. Assist with moving and installing beverage equipment.
8. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
9. Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.
10. Participate in training and team meetings.
11. Address guest feedback and report to management.
12. Monitor and report intoxicated guests and inventory issues.
13. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits.
• Proficiency in beverage service, including beer, wine, and cocktails.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to obtain TIPS certification within 90 days and ServSafe certification within 30 days.
• Physical ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
