Job summary

Lake of the Pines Homeowners Association is seeking a Bartender for The Clubhouse and The Sports Lounge with flexible PT hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Two restaurants, tips, sick leave, meals, and facility privileges accompany the position.

The role requires 3 years' bartending experience, and CA Food Handler Certificate with RSB training. Micros POS experience preferred for efficient service.

Qualifications

• Meets state CA age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Maintains CA Food Handlers Certificate and RSB Training.
• 3 years' experience in bartending including beer, wine and liquor.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks for guests as ordered.
• Set up bar at start of shift and maintain clean, stocked station.
• Record orders via Micros POS and handle cash/training tips.
• Greet guests, upsell menu items and provide high-level service.
• Attend all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
