Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management seeks a part-time Bartender for Hilton Garden Inn Austin Airport in Austin, TX. You will mix and serve beverages, manage bar setup, and ensure guest satisfaction while complying with safety and alcohol service guidelines.

Responsibilities include taking orders, handling payments via POS, maintaining bar cleanliness, restocking, and assisting with inventory. TIPS certification or enrollment within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or food and beverage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments using POS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• TIPS certification (or enrollment within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Set up and stock the bar with beverages, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and comply with health and safety standards.
• Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible beverage service guidelines.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process guest payments accurately with POS systems.
• Restock bar supplies as needed during shifts.
• Assist with inventory management and report shortages to Bar Manager.
