Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Columbus, OH is seeking a Bartender to open and close the Kitchen+Bar, maintain a clean and welcoming bar area, and serve guests with efficiency and hospitality.

The role requires at least 1 year of bartending experience, ability to handle money, and strong English communication. A high school diploma is required; two years of college are preferred. In addition to base work, a quarterly bonus opportunity may be available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One year of bartending experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per Company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Open and close Kitchen+Bar following Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the bar area and prep area in a clean, well-organized manner while serving and assisting guests.
• Handle money and operate POS systems, including cash register and related equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with requests as needed.
