Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring bartenders to join our scratch kitchen restaurant. You will be a core team member, delivering an individualized, exceptional guest experience with attention to detail and hospitality.

Responsibilities include making cocktails per recipes, operating bar equipment, stocking beverages, and partnering with the service team to ensure guests have everything they need. Must meet state age requirements and maintain high sanitation and guest-service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests, anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations.
• Makes and executes P.F. Chang's cocktails, including garnishes.
• Operates and cleans bar equipment and assists in inventories and restocking of beverages.
• Understands seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
• Partners with the service team to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Learn and apply bar setup/clearing procedures per company standards.
• Follow procedures for responsible alcoholic service.
