AC Hotel Tuscaloosa Downtown is hiring a full-time Bartender to prepare and serve beverages and food to guests, delivering outstanding service. The role requires greeting guests, mixing drinks to standard recipes, handling payments, and maintaining bar stock in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with focus on hospitality.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation.
• Ability to handle payments and basic POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
• Mix, garnish, and present beverages to recipe and portion standards.
• Check IDs and serve alcohol in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Accurately total and process payments using the POS system; handle cash and cards.
• Stock and maintain bar with beverages, glassware and supplies.
• Ensure quality by cutting, storing, and managing beverage perishables.
• Address inebriated guests professionally as needed.
