Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Bartender to craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and provide outstanding guest service. You will learn menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to deliver a memorable guest experience.

The role offers $18.00–$19.00 hourly, with a schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 3% match, and on-site discounts; note: TIPS/ServSafe training preferred

Qualifications

• Meet the state's age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
• T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (training must be completed with 90 days of commencing employment unless the state requires earlier).
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons.
• Take food and beverage orders and process payments.
• Replenish and prepare supplies as needed.
• Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests by providing exceptional customer service.
