You will prepare beverages with precision, deliver outstanding service, and uphold standards while engaging with residents in a caring, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation, wine, beer and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards.
• Provide exceptional service to residents, families and guests.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar area.
• Verify age and practice responsible alcohol service.
• Process transactions with accuracy and proper cash handling.
• Assist with events and private functions.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation requirements.
