Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Bartender in Kokomo, Indiana to greet guests, prepare and serve drinks, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will set up the bar, take orders, upsell drinks and menu items, handle payments, and ensure food safety standards are followed. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least the minimum age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Able to stand for an 8- to 12-hour shift.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when seated.
• Set up the bar, including pour and glassware stations prior to opening, and restock beverages, mixes, garnishes as needed.
• Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts.
• Making all drinks to standard, using the recipe, glassware, and garnish.
• Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS properly.
• Checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills and clear items from the table.
• Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return.
• Following all food safety standards.
