Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a bartender to warmly greet guests, set up the bar, and expertly craft drinks as part of a welcoming team. You will upsell appetizers and desserts, manage orders in the POS, and ensure guest satisfaction from seating to check-out.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to remain standing for an 8-12 hour shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile as they are seated.
• Set up the bar prior to opening and restock beverages as needed.
• Suggestively sell drinks, appetizers, and desserts.
• Prepare drinks to standard recipes with correct glassware and garnish.
• Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Check back with guests to offer refills and clear items.
• Deliver and settle the check, invite guests to return.
• Follow all food safety standards.
