Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or restaurant service preferred.
• Must meet Florida legal requirements to serve alcohol.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to standards.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide prompt service.
• Check IDs and ensure legal drinking age.
• Maintain clean and organized bar area.
• Handle cash, cards, tabs, and POS transactions.
• Assist with opening/closing and side-work.
• Restock inventory and notify when supplies are low.
• Follow health, sanitation and Florida alcohol service guidelines.
