Qualifications

• Previous bartending or restaurant/bar experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
• Must meet Florida legal requirements to serve alcohol.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and high-volume shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Greet guests, take drink and food orders, and provide prompt, professional service.
• Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area, including glassware, garnishes, mixers, liquor, beer, wine, ice, and supplies.
• Handle cash, credit card payments, tabs, and POS transactions accurately.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service practices.
• Support servers and kitchen staff by preparing drink orders quickly and accurately.
• Restock inventory, rotate products, and notify management when supplies are low.
• Follow all company policies, health department guidelines, sanitation standards, and Florida alcohol service requirements.
