P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking motivated Bartenders to join our busy dining rooms. You will craft cocktails, deliver friendly, personalized service, and help maintain a welcoming bar experience.

We offer competitive pay with tips, flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, advancement potential, and meal discounts. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas at most locations, with benefits based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card, or ability to obtain it where applicable.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality-driven service, aiming to exceed guests' expectations.
• Crafts and serves alcoholic beverages, including garnishes.
• Operates and cleans bar equipment, assists in stock and restocking of drinks.
• Assists with seating flow and accurate delivery of meals within the dining area.
• Collaborates with the service team to ensure guests have what they need.
• Learns proper table setting and clearing per restaurant standards; follows responsible alcohol service policies.
