Job summary

The Brass Tap - Gilbert (Verde) is seeking a friendly and motivated bartender/server to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, mix drinks, and recommend beers and menu items while maintaining a clean, organized bar area.

We value self-starters who can work flexible part-time or full-time schedules and provide excellent guest experiences within a social, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Capable of operating the POS and beverage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap.
• Take orders following service steps and prepare drinks.
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe items.
• Present guest check and take payment.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
