Job summary

M Crowd Restaurant Group in Mesquite, TX is seeking a bartender to deliver prompt, friendly service while preparing high-quality drinks and attentive food and drink service to guests. You will greet guests, explain menu items, and take orders for beverages and food.

Requirements include 18+, at least one year bartending experience, knowledge of beers, wines and spirits, and U.S. work authorization. As part of our team, you’ll uphold ABC standards and ensure a safe, welcoming bar environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum one year experience as a bartender.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and receive attentive, personalized service.
• Inform guests of specials, promotions, menu items, ingredients, and menu changes.
• Take beverage/food orders from guests and beverage orders from servers.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks consistent with the Company’s standard drink recipes.
• Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register system.
• Conduct age verification for alcoholic service following ABC requirements and Company procedures at all times.
• Manage guest liquor consumption effectively and in accordance with ABC requirements and Company procedures.
• Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
• Answer phone and provide superior guest service.
