Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card, or ability obtain, where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality to guests, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Prepare and serve P.F. Chang’s beverages, including garnishes.
• Operate and clean bar equipment; assist with stock and restocking.
• Understand seating layout and service flow within the restaurant.
• Collaborate with team to ensure guests have what they need.
• Learn to set and clear tables neatly per brand standards.
• Follow procedures for responsible alcoholic service.
