Job summary

Stonebridge Addison, TX is seeking a bartender responsible for mixing, pouring, and serving beverages per outlet or event orders. You will set up the bar, stock supplies, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guest satisfaction while following safety and legal guidelines.

You will handle cash and card payments via POS, interact with guests professionally, and assist with inventory and opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience as bartender or in food & beverage preferred.
• Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments using POS.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Knowledge of alcohol safety regulations; TIPS certification (or within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Set up and stock the bar with beverages, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and comply with health and safety standards.
