Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older with 1–2 years of prior bartending experience.
• Bring a positive energy and be ready to support fellow staff as a team player.
• Able to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing and walking with occasional bending or lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Receive orders and serve food to guests at the bar.
• Keep bottles and glasses organized and help restock bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay educated on menu offerings and respond to guest questions about menus and dietary needs.
• Prepare the final bill, process payment, and report gratuities as required.
