Job summary

Regal in Midwest City, OK seeks an energetic bartender to provide fast, friendly service in a clean, safe environment and to meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol. You will complete required training, obtain permits, and support customer satisfaction with accurate cash handling.

You will perform beverage preparation, adhere to state and local alcohol laws, maintain certifications, and promote promotions. This role demands strong guest service and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion.
• Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic beverages per company directions.
• Adhere to all laws and obligations for serving alcohol.
• Ensure alcohol certification and training are current.
• Maintain regular attendance and guest service excellence.
• Handle cash, coupons, and merchandise accurately.
• Promote Crown Club program and upsell where appropriate.
• Operate and clean related equipment and back-of-house areas.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and safety protocols.
• Abide by all food safety laws and dress code.
• Read training materials on harassment and discrimination.
